Order Processing



All Busted Bronco items are made to order.

Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships.


You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.





Estimated Delivery Times



Canada: 9–14 business days

United States: 9–14 business days

International: 10–20 business days


Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.





Shipping Costs



Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.


Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions. These will be clearly stated on the website when available.





Tracking Your Order



Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.





Delays



Because our items are made to order, slight delays may occur during:


  • High-volume sales
  • Holidays
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Weather events



We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed off to the shipping provider.





Incorrect Addresses



Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

Busted Bronco is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages



If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:


  1. Check with neighbors.
  2. Check around your property.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.



We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered.

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
